Cross and Climb was started in 2015 as a nameless, one-room institute preparing students for competitive exams. All we had going for us was our intent and effort. We initially began by teaching CLAT and IAS Foundation to only a handful of students. From the very beginning, our primary focus was and continues to be the quality of education, which we have never compromised on.
Cross and Climb became one of the first institutes in the region dedicated to Humanities and Commerce-focused career pathways, helping students understand the wide range of rewarding and respected opportunities available in fields such as law, civil services, management, finance, economics, and other professional domains. Our goal was to empower students with awareness, direction, and confidence, and over the years, we have been proud to successfully transform this perception and help countless students build meaningful and successful careers.

Cross and Climb Global Education is a foreign language training and international career guidance institute. We train students in languages such as German and French and help them build careers in Germany through Ausbildung programs, direct work permit jobs, and university pathways.
No. We offer courses starting from beginner level (A1) up to advanced levels. Students can start with no prior knowledge and progress step-by-step until they reach the level required for opportunities in Germany.
Ausbildung is a vocational training program in Germany where students work and study at the same time. Students receive a monthly salary, typically between €900 and €1,400, while gaining professional qualifications and international work experience.
Yes. We provide complete support including language training, interview preparation, employer connections, application assistance, documentation support, and visa guidance — from start to finish.
We provide full training, preparation, and connect students with verified employers and institutions. Final selection depends on the employer and the student’s performance in interviews.
